Ecuador

First destination and likely the most expensive. Galapagos Islands aren't cheap, but they were a must for us to see. Read any review or Google search and you will quickly see why. We are also excited to stay in the capital Quito too.

Peru

Inca Ruins. Desert Oasis. Pisco Sours. Coffee and Chocolate Mecca. There is a lot to love about Peru.

Chile

It's tough to just pass on by the Atacama Desert on our way to Santiago and Valparaiso. The clearest sky on planet Earth, we can't wait to stargaze.

Argentina

Steak. Wine. Repeat. We head towards Buenos Aires from wine country in Mendoza. After, venturing north to Iguazu Falls.

New Zealand

One of my most excited destinations. Auckland, Wellington, Queenstown, Christchurch, and Milford Sound. Unreal landscapes and a laundry list of outdoor activities. I may end up just staying forever.

Australia

Melbourne and Sydney are the only two spots we have planned to see, but that's fine by us. The largest monolith in the world, beaches of Darwin, Tasmania, or the Great Barrier Reef. Plenty of options with the only down side not having time to do them all.

Thailand

As one of our favorite cuisines, excited for the food might be an understatement. Starting South and making our way North. Phuket. Bangkok. Chiang Mai. Just a few spots during our stay.

Vietnam

This destination might be up in the air due to our procrastination in tourist visas. If we get the chance, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh would be our top spots.
