Galapagos islands

Lazy Sea Lions. Swimming Iguanas. Giant Tortoises. 8 Day tour on these amazing islands is something we will never forget.

San Cristobal Island

The second most populated island and inhabited by hundreds of sea lions. We stayed here for 3 days snorkeling, hiking, and exploring the town. Best part of our stay was snorkeling at Kicker Rock, 20 minute boat ride away.

Floreana Island

With only 110 residents, it's not shocking that I saw more sea turtles snorkeling than I did people. Black sand beaches and grazing sea turtles were the highlights for this half day trip.

Isabela Island

This seahorse shaped island is by far the largest in terms of landmass. Don't bring your alarm clock to this sleepy beach town. A few roosters have no problem waking you up at 4AM every morning. During our 3 day stay, we did a 6 hour hike to a volcano, snorkeled, and visited thousands of marine iguanas.

Santa Cruz Island

The largest in terms of population with many shops and restaurants. We spent 2 days on this island exploring a ranch that had enormous tortoises, rum, sugar cane, and coffee. We also spent a day kayaking on crystal clear waters.

Quito

Stunning views and welcoming people.

Quito

We left Galapagos and stayed in Quito for 5 days. We saw the middle of the world, Pululahua (pictured above), and explored Old Town. Quito was a chance for us to relax, enjoy a local brewery, and get dinner with our AirbnB host and friends. Not to mention we had some nights in binge-watching Stranger Things.
